目的研究在功能性构音障碍儿童中应用认知行为干预的价值。方法 84例功能性构音障碍儿童,根据数字随机表法分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组应用常规言语康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上应用认知行为干预。对比两组干预效果。结果观察组干预总有效率为90.5%,高于对照组的73.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组儿童行为量表抑郁、强迫、违纪、多动、分裂样、社交退缩各因子评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在功能性构音障碍儿童中应用认知行为干预的效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the value of cognitive behavioral intervention in dysfunctional children with dysfunction. Methods 84 cases of functional dysarthria children, divided into observation group and control group according to the digital random table method, each 42 cases. The control group used routine speech rehabilitation training, and the observation group applied cognitive behavior intervention on the basis of the control group. Compare the two groups intervention effect. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90.5%, higher than 73.8% of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After the intervention, the scores of depression, compulsion, discipline, hyperactivity, schizoid and social withdrawal in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of cognitive behavioral intervention in dysfunctional children with dysarthria is significant and worth promoting.
