叶澜教授指出,评价一位教师的教学水平应看“常态课”。这种课是平时都能上的课,而不是很多人帮你准备,然后才能上的课。笔者近十年参加各级优质课比赛活动,听过的课中获得好名次的都是课堂设计完美,学生表现突出,有些问题没有经过铺垫学生也能回答,内容之间的过渡自然。上课进度以分钟计,包括在几点几分讲哪句话也设计得清清楚楚,他们为了准备这堂课可能花了数个礼拜,甚至在比赛前演练过十多次,这在平时的教学中是无法效仿的。
