用微量浮选、EDTA提取和X射线光电子能谱 (XPS)等方法研究了乙基黄药存在下铅对闪锌矿的活化。在 pH低于 7时铅对闪锌矿活化明显 ,而在 pH 11时活化降低至零。提出用闪锌矿 /铅 /黄药体系中的相互作用来解释矿物可浮性。闪锌矿浮选与Pb的表面浓度〔Pb〕表面(mg/cm2 )的关系密切 ,而不论铅的来源如何 (来自溶液或与方铅矿接触 )。将〔Pb〕表面与Pb离子产生的模型联系起来以试图估计发生铅活化的矿石中方铅矿品位及产生偶然活化的潜在危险。
Micro-flotation, EDTA extraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to study the activation of sphalerite in the presence of ethyl xanthate. Lead has a significant activation of sphalerite at pH below 7 and decreases to zero at pH 11. The interaction of sphalerite / lead / xanthate systems was proposed to account for the floatability of minerals. The sphalerite flotation is closely related to the surface Pb concentration (mg / cm2), regardless of the source of lead (from solution or contact with galena). The [Pb] surface was correlated with the model produced by Pb ions in an attempt to estimate the potential of galena in lead-activated ores and the potential for accidental activation.
