目的:建立复方薰衣草油膏中黄芩苷的高效液相色谱(HPLC)含量测定方法。方法:选用YMC-Pack ODS-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸(50∶50),检测波长为274nm。结果:复方薰衣草油膏中黄芩苷平均回收率为98.99%,RSD为2.08%(n=6),黄芩苷在0.1112～1.112μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9997。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于复方薰衣草油膏的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in compound lavender ointment by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: The column of YMC-Pack ODS-C18 (4.6mm × 150mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-1% acetic acid (50:50) and the detection wavelength was 274nm. Results: The average recovery of baicalin in compound lavender ointment was 98.99%, RSD was 2.08% (n = 6). The linear relationship between baicalin and peak area in the range of 0.1112 ~ 1.112μg was good, r = 0.9997. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can be used for quality control of compound lavender ointment.
