曾经报告,心房肽-Ⅲ可能是体内主要起作用的激素。但是,它在体内的降解,目前尚不了解。本工作应用~125Ⅰ标记的心房肽-Ⅲ,结合薄层层析和高压液相层析的方法,测定了心房肽-Ⅲ在体内的生物半衰期以及降解部位。并且发现氨基酸肽酶抑制剂和二羧基肽酶抑制剂可以延缓心房肽-Ⅲ的降解。
It has been reported that atrial natriuretic peptide-Ⅲ may be the major hormone in the body. However, its in vivo degradation is not yet known. In this study, atrial natriuretic peptide-Ⅲ labeled with 125 I was used to determine the biological half-life and degradation site of atrial natriuretic Peptide-Ⅲ in vivo combined with TLC and high-pressure liquid chromatography. And found that amino acid peptidase inhibitors and dicarboxypeptidase inhibitors can delay the degradation of atrial natriuretic peptide-III.
