企业的人才需求表现出多样性特点,且国有企业与民营企业存在一定差异。整体而言,企业的销售岗位、生产岗位和中基层管理岗位迫切需要本、专科层次的营销人才、技能型人才和管理人才。从毕业生的就业岗位分布来看,基层管理岗位和销售岗位是本科生、高职生和中职生共同的主要就业岗位,此外,中职生在生产岗位就业的比例较大,高职生和本科生在中层管理岗位就业的比例较大。在人才规格上,企业普遍重视员工的职业能力,尤其是工作态度、团队协作能力等社会能力,且对本科生职业能力的满意度最高,其次是高职生。因此,在职业教育人才培养目标定位方面,应适应企业多样化人才需求,致力于为企业尤其是民营企业的销售岗位、生产岗位和中基层管理岗位培养营销人才、技术型人才、技能型人才和中基层管理人才,同时强化职业能力,尤其是社会能力的培养。
