体育教学中学生的自我锻炼能力即指学生通过学习与理解体育教学中的体育知识和运动技能,充分发挥主观能动性,自觉完成体育锻炼的能力。这种自我锻炼能力不仅可以保证学生的身体健康与心理健康,增强自信心,还能养成良好的学习和生活习惯,鼓励学生自觉获取体育锻炼的知识、方法以及意识,从而帮助学生塑造健全人格。所以,体育教学是否可以引导学生,促使学生学会自我锻炼,成为全面培养人才的关键所在。文章以学生自我锻炼能力的概述及意义,分析学生缺乏自我锻炼的现存问题,由此提出提高学生自我锻炼能力的有效对策,从而实现全面教育人才的教学目标。
Physical education students self-exercise ability refers to the students through the study and understanding of sports teaching physical education and sports skills, give full play to the initiative, consciously complete the ability of physical exercise. This self-training ability can not only ensure the health and mental health of students, enhance self-confidence, but also develop good learning and living habits, encourage students to consciously obtain knowledge, methods and awareness of physical exercise, so as to help students shape sound personality . Therefore, whether physical education can guide students and encourage them to learn to exercise themselves is the key to cultivating talents in an all-round way. Based on the overview and significance of students ’self-training ability, this paper analyzes the existing problems of students’ lack of self-training and puts forward effective countermeasures to improve their self-training ability so as to realize the teaching goal of comprehensive education.
