离子选择电极是一种化学传感器,配上适当参比电极构成电化学电池,电池电动势与电极敏感的离子活度有关,因此在溶液化学中的化学反应,生化机理,动力学反应等问题的研究中,离子选择电极是理想的测量工具。在这些研究中创建了不少分析方法,由于方法简单,测量灵敏迅速,设备经济,在分析领域得到广泛应用。本文对其应用和分析方法基础,最近发展动向作一概述以供参考。
