哈尔滨市育英小学始建于1956年,是一所有着光荣历史和文化内涵的名校。经过几代人的艰苦创业、砥砺进取,学校实现了跨越式发展,目前有33个教学班,在校生1500余名。学校注重教师队伍建设,采取“针对特点、分阶划分、层层推进”的培养模式,通过专家导航,强教研素养;名师引领,促专业成长;团队协作,增教育智慧。本着“提出真问题,进行真研究,解决真困惑”的“三个真”原则,开展了一系列基于课堂教学的问题式研究活动,体现了研修的多层次、多角度、多方位。数学团队被评为哈尔滨市“双研型”团队,代表全市在“双研型”表彰大会上汇报;代表道外区参加哈尔滨市素养大赛,取得了特等奖的好成绩;代表道外区在哈尔滨市“十一五”总结
Harbin Yuying Primary School was founded in 1956, is a glorious history and cultural connotation of the elite. After several generations of arduous pioneering, forging ahead, the school achieved a leapfrog development, there are currently 33 classes, more than 1,500 students. The school pays attention to the construction of the teaching staff, adopting the training mode of “focusing on characteristics, classifying and pushing forward at different levels”.
