研究了在固体火箭发动机中加入水作为工作介质以提高水面发射的商用运载火箭性能。提出了两种方案:1)火箭发射前,发动机内部闲置空间内注入水,在发射过程中将水排出;2)在发动机工作过程中供水。提供了用固体燃料样品及发动机的模型装置进行试验的结果,证明了所提出方法的可行性,使预测固体火箭发动机性能的计算方法得到优化。固体燃料与水配合使用的可靠性也得到了证实。进一步提出了在燃烧室应用水和粉末添加剂的发动机工作的数学模型。
The performance of commercial launch vehicle with solid rocket motor added with water as working medium to improve surface launch was studied. Two proposals are made: 1) Before the rocket launches, water is injected into the idle space inside the engine and the water is discharged during the launch; 2) Water is supplied during the engine operation. The experimental results of the solid fuel samples and the engine model are provided. The feasibility of the proposed method is proved and the calculation method to predict the performance of the solid rocket motor is optimized. The reliability of using solid fuel with water has also been confirmed. The mathematical model of engine operation applying water and powder additives in the combustion chamber is further proposed.
