单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎是致盲率很高的眼病。迄今,此病尚缺乏有效而满意的疗法。目前,常用的抗病毒药物虽对上皮性病变有较好的疗效,但对角膜深层实质病变效果不佳、常导致视力障碍、甚至失明。因此,寻找治疗本病的有效方法、保护视力非常重要。我科于1985～1987年收治了单纯疱疹病毒性深层角膜炎14例(14只眼),应用激素联合抗病毒药物进行治疗,取得了较好的疗效,结果报告如下。
Herpes simplex virus keratitis is a blinding rate of eye disease. So far, the disease is still lack of effective and satisfactory therapies. At present, although commonly used antiviral drugs have a good curative effect on epithelial lesions, they have poor effect on deep parenchymal lesions of the cornea and often cause visual impairment and even blindness. Therefore, looking for effective treatment of this disease, eye protection is very important. Our department from 1985 to 1987 admitted herpes simplex virus deep keratitis in 14 cases (14 eyes), the application of hormones combined with antiviral drugs for treatment, and achieved good results, the results are reported as follows.
