在内燃机活塞-缸套磨损故障诊断中,对撞击参数的确定通常是将活塞组作为刚性整体看待。实际上,活塞环与缸壁间的摩擦力,活塞环与环槽间的摩擦力,活塞裙部与缸壁间的油膜等都对撞击过程产生影响。本文从分析活塞环-缸套润滑状态着手,建立了活塞-缸套撞击力计算模型。并以190A柴油机作仿真算例表明:将撞击过程是否作为刚性整体撞击处理,对撞击参数影响甚大。同时,作者通过在175F柴油机上的实验验证了润滑油膜对撞击力的影响。
In the diagnosis of internal combustion engine piston-cylinder liner wear failure, the determination of the impact parameters is usually based on the rigid piston as a whole. In fact, the friction between the piston ring and the cylinder wall, the friction between the piston ring and the ring groove, the oil film between the piston skirt and the cylinder wall all affect the impact process. In this paper, the analysis of the piston ring - liner lubrication state, established a piston - cylinder impact force calculation model. The 190A diesel engine is used as a simulation example to show that whether the impact process is handled as a rigid overall impact greatly affects the impact parameters. At the same time, the author through the 175F diesel engine experiments to verify the impact of lubricating film on the impact.
