孟城乡自1990年10月为村校配备自然教具箱以来,箱子原封未动,搁置一年。全乡有27位语数老师兼上四、五年级自然课,这些教师绝大多数还是班主任,他们承担着一个班级学生的管理任务和一个年级的语文或数学的教学任务,哪有精力再顾得上在自然课上下功夫呢?而自然教学的目的任务又不是一本书一支粉笔所能解决的,许多教师怕上自然而又无法不上自然,学生对照本宣读的自然课索然无味。面对这种现状,乡中心小学的领导,按教学片选配专职自然教师承担各校全部自然教学任务。一学期以后,我们对孟城乡的自然教学情况作了一次调研。通过一系列调研活动,觉得这个乡采用的这种教学方式,充分利用了教学仪器,促进了自然教学质量的提高。

Through a series of research activities, I think this kind of teaching method adopted by this village makes full use of teaching instruments and promotes the improvement of the quality of natural teaching.
