随着我国经济水平的不断提升,医疗改革事业的深入推进,医院迎来了新的挑战和发展机遇。在市场竞争愈发激烈的背景下,如何赢得发展先机,扩大医院区域影响力,建立良好医院品牌,是当前每一所医院必须思考的问题。医院应加大对成本管理工作的重视程度,结合医院内部实际情况,重视对医院科室开支的成本核算,强化医院工作人员成本管理意识,合理的降低医院各类服务成本,在保障医疗质量的前提下,真正站在患者的角度考虑,缓解医院资金压力,为医院赢取更大发展空间。本文根据当前医院成本管理中存在的问题,重点探讨强化医院成本管理的具体途径。
With the continuous improvement of China’s economy and the deepening of medical reform, the hospital ushered in new challenges and opportunities for development. Under the increasingly fierce competition in the market, how to win the development opportunities, expand the regional influence of the hospital and establish a good hospital brand are the problems that every hospital must think at present. The hospital should pay more attention to the cost management. Combining with the actual situation inside the hospital, the hospital should pay more attention to the costing of hospital departmental expenses, strengthen the awareness of hospital staff cost management and reasonably reduce the hospital service cost. In the premise of guaranteeing medical quality Under the real stand in the patient’s point of view to ease the pressure on hospital funds for the hospital to win more room for development. Based on the current problems in hospital cost management, this paper focuses on the specific ways to strengthen hospital cost management.
