开都河穿越是库鄯输油管道一个大型穿越工程。工程采用了穿越速度快、管道埋深大、定位准确、对环境影响小的水平定向钻穿越方式。比较详细地介绍了施工技术和在工程质量控制方面所采取的措施。为避免低温焊接出现微裂纹,采取了焊前预热的措施;为保证回拖管道的防腐质量和管道使用寿命,选用两种美国产、专门用于河流水平定向钻穿越的热收缩套补口。为控制焊接质量,进行了试件检验及100%X光射线探伤和100%超声波探伤;为控制补口质量,除外观检查还进行了高压针孔检漏、防腐层剥离实验。在焊接、补口、检验完毕及管道回拖后进行了水压试验。通过一系列技术措施,使穿越工程顺利完成。
