，小鼠感染RH株弓形虫速殖子后24h，用肌注剂量为250mg／kg的蒿甲醚治疗。结果发现，未治疗组小鼠肝组织超微结构发生显著病理改变。主要表现为肝细胞间连接受损；脂滴增多；甚至胞质内细胞器广泛溶解，并可见较多虫体。而用药组小鼠肝细胞的形态基本正常，胞质内偶见虫体，其电子密度增高，明显固缩，内部结构不清。
The mice were infected with RH Toxoplasma tachyzoites 24h after intramuscular injection of 250mg / kg of artemether treatment. The results showed that untreated mice liver tissue ultrastructure significant pathological changes. Mainly manifested as impaired liver cell connectivity; lipid droplets increased; organelles widely dissolved within the cytoplasm, and more parasites. However, the morphological changes of hepatocytes in the treated group were basically normal, and the parasites in the cytoplasm occasionally showed increased electron density, conspicuous shrinkage and unclear internal structure.
