目的基于动物热活性监测系统进行动物热活性影响因素分析,以期对中药寒热药性评价进行方法学探索。方法采用动物热活性监测系统,考察品种、性别及适应时间对ICR、BALB/c及KM种小鼠在不同温区停留时间比例(RTR)的影响。结果 ICR、BALB/c种小鼠可耐受最低温度为15℃,最高为40℃;与适应前比较,15℃温区内ICR、BALB/c、KM种小鼠分别在6、8、4h,30℃温区内分别在6、6、4h,40℃温区内分别在4、6、8h,RTR值均开始减少(P<0.05);雌、雄性KM小鼠在15~40℃温区的RTR值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在动物热活性监测系统中,3个品种小鼠的可耐受温度范围大致为15~40℃,累计适应4~8h后对温区间温差能形成相对稳定的记忆,且雌、雄性KM小鼠对同一温度的感知基本一致。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the influencing factors of animal thermal activity based on the animal thermal activity monitoring system, in order to explore the methodological evaluation of the cold and hot herbs. Methods The animal thermal activity monitoring system was used to investigate the effects of breed, sex and adaptation time on the residence time ratio (RTR) in different temperature regions of ICR, BALB / c and KM mice. Conclusions In the animal thermal activity monitoring system, the tolerable temperature range of the three breeds of mice is approximately 15-40 ° C, and the accumulated temperature can be relatively stable after 4 ~ 8 hours, and the female and male KM are small The mouse’s perception of the same temperature is basically the same.
