为研究建筑施工作业人员的安全感及其影响因素,基于影响因素的建筑施工作业安全感水平模型。首先,采用作业安全感量表测量建筑施工人员的作业安全感;其次,通过问卷调查分析作业安全感影响因素,将影响因素概括为个体特征因素、作业环境因素、安全管理综合因素3类;最后,通过相关性分析及主成分分析(PCA)方法建模。结果表明,建筑施工人员的作业安全感普遍较低,安全效能、作业危险性等因素对建筑施工作业安全感有显著影响,而年龄、情绪稳定性等因素的影响较弱。基于影响因素的建筑施工作业安全感水平模型计算结果与安全感量表测量结果相近。
In order to study the sense of security of construction workers and their influencing factors, a safety level model of construction work based on influential factors is proposed. First of all, the work safety scale was used to measure the job safety of construction workers. Secondly, the influencing factors of job safety were analyzed by questionnaire survey, and the influencing factors were summarized into three categories: individual characteristic factors, operational environmental factors and safety management comprehensive factors. Finally, , Through the correlation analysis and principal component analysis (PCA) method modeling. The results show that the safety of construction workers is generally low, safety performance, operational risk and other factors have a significant impact on the safety of construction work, while the impact of age, emotional stability and other factors. Based on the influencing factors, the calculation results of the horizontal model of safety in construction work are similar to those of the scale of security sense.
