目的 :了解脑梗死患者脑循环血液动力学的变化及意义。方法 :使用MDCBACV -30 0型脑血管血液动力学检测仪 ,对 2 7例脑梗死患者和 32例正常人脑血流量、脑血管阻力等血液动力学参数进行了对比研究。结果 :脑梗死患者急性期颈动脉平均血流量、平均流速、最大流速和最小流速都低于对照组 ;脉搏波波速和特性阻抗都大于对照组 ;脑血管阻力和动态阻力增大 ;舒张压与临界压之差减小。治疗后 ,这些异常改变明显好转。结论 :脑梗死患者表现有多项血液动力学参数异常 ,这种异常改变可能在脑梗死发生前就已经存在 ,并且参与了脑梗死的发生 ;这种异常改变是可以纠正的 ,纠正这些异常可能有助于脑梗死的预防
Objective: To understand the changes and significance of cerebral circulation hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: The cerebral blood flow and cerebral vascular resistance of 27 cerebral infarction patients and 32 normal controls were compared using the MDCBACV-300 cerebral vascular hemodynamic analyzer. Results: The average carotid artery blood flow, average flow velocity, maximum flow velocity and minimum flow velocity in acute cerebral infarction patients were lower than those in control group. The pulse wave velocity and characteristic impedance were higher than those in control group. Cerebral vascular resistance and dynamic resistance increased. The difference between the critical pressures decreases. After treatment, these abnormal changes significantly improved. CONCLUSIONS: There are a number of abnormal hemodynamic parameters in patients with cerebral infarction. This abnormal change may already exist before the onset of cerebral infarction and is involved in the development of cerebral infarction. This abnormal change may be corrected to correct for these abnormalities Helps prevent cerebral infarction
