由齐齐哈尔铁路局主持召开的“大兴安岭多年冻土地区铁路工程科研协作会议”于1972年11月27日～12月6日在齐齐哈尔召开。参加会议的有:中国人民解放军505部队,中国科学院冰川冻土沙漠研究所,黑龙江省低温建筑研究所,哈尔滨建筑工程学院,黑龙江牙克石林业设计院,交通部铁研院西北研究所,交通部第三铁路设计院等单位共48名代表,会议传达学习了中央首长有关科技工作的指示和文件;总结了1971年9月第一次科研协作会议以来的工作情况;交流大兴安岭地区和青藏高原地区多年冻土科研单项经验共17项;讨论和拟订1973～1975年大兴安岭多年
Chaired by the Qiqihar Railway Bureau, “Daxinganling Permafrost Area Railway Engineering Research Collaboration Conference” in November 27, 1972 ~ December 6 held in Qiqihar. Participants at the conference included 505 troops of Chinese People’s Liberation Army, Institute of Glaciology and Frozen Soil Desert Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Cryogenic Construction of Heilongjiang Province, Harbin Institute of Architecture and Technology, Yakeshi Forestry Design Institute of Heilongjiang Province, Northwest Institute of Iron Research Institute of Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Railways and the Third Railway Design Institute and other units a total of 48 delegates, the meeting convened to learn from the central leaders of scientific and technological work on the instructions and documents; summed up in September 1971 the first scientific research collaboration since the work; exchange Daxinganling region and the Tibetan Plateau Regional permafrost research single experience a total of 17; discussion and formulation of the Great Khingan Range 1973-1975 years
