膨胀土地区小煤窑开挖后留下的中浅层采空区常给高速公路建设带来极大的困扰,在建南宁外环高速公路K21+400~K22+550路段就遇到这种情况。基于对采空区地质条件的把握和国家相关技术规范及已有处治技术的研究,采取强夯+加筋技术对该段路基进行了处治,现场检测结果表明效果良好。该文介绍了采空区地质状况及其稳定性评价,着重给出强夯+加筋法的技术要点、施工程序、质量检查及上部膨胀土路基的填筑方法。
The small and medium-sized mined-out area left by the excavation of the small coal mines in the expansive soil area often brings great troubles to the highway construction. This situation was encountered in the section of K21 +400 ~ K22 +550, Nanning Outer Ring Expressway . Based on the grasping of the geological conditions of the goaf and the related national technical norms and the existing treatment technologies, the roadbed has been treated with dynamic compaction and reinforcement technology. The test results show that the effect is good. This paper introduces the geology condition and stability evaluation of goaf, emphatically gives the technical points of dynamic compaction and reinforcement method, construction procedure, quality inspection and the filling method of upper expansive soil roadbed.
