用 X 射线衍射对用内在还原性钨酸盐制得的蓝色氧化钨(F)的物相组成进行了研究。在定性分析的基础上,对 WO_(2.9)中可能存在的 WO_3的晶型作了研究。并用增量定量法校核了定性分析的结果。还建立了一种简便、快捷的外标定量分析方法,其绝对误差多数在1%左右。本工作证实,在制备条件掌握严格时,可以得到单一的四方WO_(2.9)、如放宽条件、则在四方 WO_(2.9)中会混有少量正交 WO_3、,含量一般在5%左右。
The phase composition of blue tungsten oxide (F) made with intrinsically reducing tungstate was investigated by X-ray diffraction. On the basis of qualitative analysis, the possible crystal form of WO_3 in WO_ (2.9) was studied. The quantitative analysis was used to check the result of qualitative analysis. Also established a simple and quick method of external standard quantitative analysis, the absolute error of mostly about 1%. This work confirmed that when the preparation conditions are strictly controlled, a single tetragonal WO_ (2.9) can be obtained. If the relaxation condition is satisfied, a small amount of orthogonal WO_3 will be mixed in the tetragonal WO_ (2.9), and the content will generally be about 5%.
