目的了解洪江市某乡中心完小幼儿园一起食物中毒的原因,查明中毒的致病因子,为救治患者和采取有效的控制措施提供科学依据。方法进行现场流行病学和卫生学调查,并采集可疑食物、生活饮用水、患者呕吐物等样品进行相关项目的实验室检测。结果洪江市某乡中心完小幼儿园2013年10月14日午餐后发生食物中毒,共发病41人,罹患率为21.58%。从患者呕吐物、剩饭中均检出同一型别的蜡样芽胞杆菌,生化分型为9型。结论本起食物中毒事件是由蜡样芽胞杆菌引起,食品监管部门要加强对学校食堂等餐饮业的监管,有效防控集体单位食物中毒事件发生。
Objective To understand the causes of food poisoning in a small kindergarten in a rural center in Hongjiang City and to identify the causative factors of poisoning and provide a scientific basis for the treatment of patients and effective control measures. Methods An epidemiological and hygiene survey was conducted on site and samples of suspicious foods, drinking water and vomit were collected for laboratory testing of related items. Results Hongjiang City, a township finished small kindergarten October 14, 2013 after lunch food poisoning, a total of 41 people were attacked, the attack rate of 21.58%. The same type of Bacillus cereus was detected in patients’ vomitus and leftovers, and the biochemical type was 9. Conclusion The incident of food poisoning was caused by Bacillus cereus. Food regulatory authorities should strengthen supervision over the dining industry such as school canteens and effectively prevent food poisoning incidents in collective units.
