研究了化学成分对喷焊材料综合耐蚀性能的影响规律,发现铁的掺入对喷焊层的耐蚀性有不利的影响;铬含量在7%~10%内,材料的抗点蚀效果好,过高过低均不佳;铜、钼元素对改善材料抗点蚀性有一定的作用;材料晶间腐蚀敏感性与含碳量关系密切,碳量增加,铬碳化合物在晶界析出较多,贫铬程度加重,晶间腐蚀敏感性增加。
