在钻井施工中,用钛铁矿粉、氧化铁粉加重钻井液时,活动钻具的阻力比重晶石加重液高出许多,会出现连续阻卡现象,任何润滑措施都不理想。因此,用改进的试验方法研究了加重剂磁性对钻具摩阻的影响。结果表明,磁性是钛铁矿粉和氧化铁粉加重钻井液摩阻增加的主要原因,润滑剂不能从根本上解决这一问题。提出需要高密度钻井液的斜井和水平井应尽可能不使用具有磁性的加重剂。
In drilling construction, using ilmenite powder and iron oxide powder to increase drilling fluid, the resistance of movable drilling tools is much higher than that of the weight of spar and there will be a continuous blocking phenomenon, and any lubrication measures are not satisfactory. Therefore, an improved test method was used to study the influence of weighting agent magnetism on the tool friction. The results show that magnetism is the main reason that ilmenite powder and iron oxide powder aggravate the increase of friction of drilling fluid, and lubricant can not fundamentally solve this problem. It is suggested that inclined magnetic wells and horizontal wells that require high-density drilling fluid should be as non-magnetic as possible.
