电子商务作为一种新的商业模式,通过提供新的服务、新的市场和新的经济组织方式,推动了传统经济的转型升级,成为我国战略性新兴产业的重要组成部分。然而,随之而来的网络上各种违规操作、欺骗消费者、虚假的宣传,企业和个人受骗上当事件也屡屡发生,在今年“11·11”来临之际,电子商务质量诚信问题突出地摆在了我们的面前,如何在当前的局面中,迅速建立有效的质量诚信标准体系,有效地防止不良行为的发生,已成为各方不得不思考的问题。
