本文通过文献资料法、数理统计法等方法对阳光体育背景下对小学生课外体育锻炼一小时的现状进行调查与分析。结果显示:课外体育锻炼一小时的提出对于提高小学生体质有着良好的促进作用,但在实施这一过程中也存在着一些问题。建议:通过对教师、学生等不同的方面考虑,优化锻炼内容、合理安排,旨在提高小学生的身体素质。
This article investigates and analyzes the present situation of primary school students’ extracurricular physical training for one hour under the background of sunshine sports through documentary data and mathematical statistics. The result shows that one hour of extracurricular physical exercise has a positive effect on improving the physical fitness of primary school students, but there are still some problems in implementing this process. Suggestions: Through the teachers, students and other aspects of consideration, to optimize exercise content, reasonable arrangements aimed at improving the physical fitness of primary school students.
