引言2016年是本轮危机以来市场形势最为严峻的一年,新船成交量同比萎缩七成,创近二十年来新低,主力船型需求全面下滑。韩国船企受冲击最为严重,不得不加大“自救”力度。日本船企发展策略相对稳健,受危机影响程度比韩国小,手持订单保障度相对较高。2016年,日韩政府分别出台造船业发展规划,支持本国船企应对危机和转型升级。近两年,日本船企将以提升竞争力为主,韩国船企仍将重点开展结构调整。
Introduction 2016 is the year with the most severe market situation since the current round of crisis. The volume of new vessels contracted by 70% from the same period of last year and hit a new low in 20 years. The demand for main types of ships dropped across the board. South Korean shipping companies hit the most serious impact, had to increase “self-help ” efforts. Japanese shipbuilding development strategy is relatively stable, less affected by the crisis than South Korea, handheld orders relatively high degree of protection. In 2016, the governments of Japan and South Korea respectively introduced the shipbuilding industry development plan to support the response of their shipping companies to crisis and transformation and upgrading. In the past two years, Japanese shipping companies will mainly focus on enhancing their competitiveness. South Korean shipping companies will continue to focus on structural adjustment.
