您认为女性广告人在竞争中有什么优势和劣势?体现在创意上呢?在我看来,女性广告人在竞争中是有优势的。广告是从西方进入中国的,所以在工作中,你可以感受到Lady First。我有过亲身的体会,有一次,我们的客户总监和客户在一些看法上产生了一些分歧,我从创意的角度提出一些自己的看法。最后,双方都接受了我的观点。当然,前提是必须是专业的观点。至于劣势,我是个幸运的女人吧,还没有遇到别人对我有性别歧视的事情。从创意表现上来看,我认为创意表现和人的性格有关,而无性别之分。
