磨削过程中,温度的变化都是在瞬时状态下发生,因此,在对磨削过程温度进行研究时,如何获取磨削区域的温度成为一个难题。本文主要利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对磨削层的温度场分布进行了数字化模拟分析,得出不同时刻的温度分布及影响规律;并通过相关实验数据验证了仿真结果,进一步证明了ABAQUS在磨削温度场模拟中的可行性。
During the grinding process, the temperature changes occur in an instantaneous state. Therefore, how to obtain the temperature of the grinding area becomes a difficult problem when studying the temperature of the grinding process. In this paper, the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to simulate the temperature field distribution of the grinding layer and get the temperature distribution and influence law at different time. The simulation results were verified by the relevant experimental data, which further proved that the ABAQUS Feasibility in temperature field simulation.
