本文叙述了设计高方向性微带定向耦合器的方法,综合出了一套较精确而实用的计算公式。此公式适用于设计陶瓷基片微带定向耦合器,经引入有效磁导率μ_(deff)后又可用于铁氧体基片微带定向耦合器设计。这套公式比较直观,便于编制程序以进行计算机辅助设计(CAD)。我们用铁氧体基片研究出了耦合度C=-6dB~-20dB之间不同波段上高方向性微带耦合器,这些器件已正式用于雷达系统。
This article describes the design of high directional microstrip directional coupler method, a comprehensive set of more accurate and practical formula. This formula is suitable for the design of ceramic substrate microstrip directional coupler, after the introduction of the effective permeability μ deff and then can be used for ferrite substrate microstrip directional coupler design. The formula is intuitive and easy to program for computer-aided design (CAD). We used ferrite substrates to develop highly directional microstrip couplers in different wavebands between C = -6dB and -20dB. These devices have been formally used in radar systems.
