说到教师的发展,当今社会为教师提供的各类帮助比以前多多了。从专家的讲座,脱岗学习,中外教学法书籍的普及到外教的到来,从俯拾即是的听力材料,集体备课,到教研员指导,甚至出国短训等,种类繁多。不过,这些毕竟是外因。没有教师本人的努力和奋斗,再多的培训也没用。我最近和几位事业有成的英语教师聊天,他们说到自己的成长之路时,提供了不少宝贵的经验和做法。他们的主要想法有以下三点:
When it comes to teacher development, all kinds of help for teachers in today’s society are more than ever before. From expert lectures, off-board study, the popularization of Chinese and foreign teaching method books to the arrival of foreign teachers, ranging from listening materials, collective lesson preparation, teaching and research staff guidance, and even training abroad, a wide variety. However, these are external factors after all. No teacher’s own efforts and hard work, no more training is useless. I recently chatted with several well-established English teachers who provided valuable lessons and practices as they spoke about their own path of growth. Their main idea has the following three points:
