目的对猫须草超临界CO2萃取法制备的提取物进行化学成分分析及体外抑菌作用研究。方法利用超临界CO2萃取法提取猫须草中化学成分,利用GC-MS法分离并分析其化学成分,采用面积归一化法定量;采用Kirby-Baue纸片扩散法观察提取物对各种细菌的抑制效果。结果 CO2超临界萃取法的萃取率为0.8%,鉴定出19种成分,以萜烯类化合物为主要成分,其数量占总量的67.17%。醇类化合物次之,数量占总量的26.10%。不同浓度的猫须草超临界CO2萃取物对各种细菌生长都有一定的抑制作用,并随提取物浓度的降低,抑菌效果明显减弱;其中,猫须草超临界CO2萃取物对肺炎链球菌的抑制效果最明显,其次对金黄色葡萄球菌、福氏Ⅱ型杆菌的抑菌效果也比较明显。结论猫须草超临界CO2萃取物中的化合物均为首次分离鉴定,其在体外有一定的抑菌作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the extracts prepared by supercritical CO2 extraction of cattail and the antimicrobial activity in vitro. Methods The chemical constituents of F. japonicus were extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction. The chemical constituents were isolated and analyzed by GC-MS. The area was normalized by Kirby-Baue disk diffusion method. Inhibitory effect. Results The extraction rate of CO2 by supercritical CO2 extraction was 0.8%. Nineteen components were identified and terpenoids were the main constituents, accounting for 67.17% of the total. Alcohol compounds followed, the number of the total 26.10%. Different concentrations of cat’s-seaweed supercritical carbon dioxide extract have a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of a variety of bacteria, and with the decrease of extract concentration, the antibacterial effect was significantly weakened; which, cat’s supercritical carbon dioxide extract on the pneumonia chain The inhibitory effect of cocci was the most obvious, followed by Staphylococcus aureus, inhibitory effect of type II bacilli more obvious. Conclusion The compounds from the extracts of cats mustard are the first to be isolated and identified, and they have certain antibacterial activity in vitro.
