2004年3月至2007年12月我院内科及老年病区收住203例高血压患者,分析其中血压控制不理想者78例(占38.42%),报告如下。对象与方法1.一般资料:本组78例,男58例(74.36%),女20例(25.64%);年龄58～85岁,平均67岁;病程6个月～20年,平均8.5年。在我院住院期间继续服用降压药,所有患者均符合1999年WHO/ISH高血压的诊断标准。
From March 2004 to December 2007, 203 cases of hypertension were admitted to our department of internal medicine and geriatric ward. There were 78 cases (38.42%) of them with unsatisfactory blood pressure control. The report is as follows. Subjects and methods 1. General information: The group of 78 patients, 58 males (74.36%), 20 females (25.64%); aged 58 to 85 years, mean 67 years; duration of 6 months to 20 years, an average of 8.5 years . In our hospital continued to take antihypertensive drugs during hospitalization, all patients are in line with 1999 WHO / ISH diagnosis of hypertension.
