目的:观察马齿苋对糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)大鼠果糖胺、胃泌素水平的影响,探讨其改善DGP的作用机制。方法:采用链脲佐菌素诱导大鼠模型,将大鼠分为对照组、模型组、马齿苋大剂量组、马齿苋中剂量组、马齿苋小剂量组、多潘立酮组。分别灌胃8周后,采用放射免疫法测定其血浆胃泌素,比色法测定果糖胺水平。结果:治疗后马齿苋中剂量组、马齿苋大剂量组果糖胺均低于模型组(P<0.05);马齿苋小剂量组、马苋中剂量组、马齿苋大剂量组胃泌素均低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:马齿苋可降低DGP大鼠血浆胃泌素水平,促进胃肠运动,并有降低血糖的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of purslane on the levels of fructosamine and gastrin in diabetic gastroparesis (DGP) rats and to explore its mechanism of action to improve DGP. Methods: The rats were induced by streptozotocin. The rats were divided into control group, model group, high-dose group of purslane, medium-dose group of purslane, low-dose group of purslane and domperidone group. After 8 weeks of administration, plasma gastrin was measured by radioimmunoassay and fructosamine by colorimetry. Results: After treatment, the high dose group of Purslane and the high dose group of Purslane were lower than the model group (P <0.05). The low dose group of Purslane, the medium dose group of Purslane and the high dose group of Purslane The levels of secretin in model group were lower than those in model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Purslane can reduce the level of plasma gastrin in DGP rats, promote gastrointestinal motility and reduce blood glucose.
