蜗杆蜗轮啮合的瞬时接触线是变化的,不规则的空间曲线,其长度难于计算;而计算同时进入啮合的几条接触线的瞬时总长度更为困难。本文给出了基本计算公式和啮合区边界的判别条件;详细阐述了单条接触线长度的数值计算及如何将同时进入啮合的诸条接触线累加的具体方法,从而解决了蜗杆蜗轮瞬时接触线总长度的数值计算问题。
The instantaneous line of contact of the worm gear is a variable, irregular spatial curve whose length is difficult to calculate; and it is more difficult to calculate the instantaneous total length of several contact lines that engage simultaneously. In this paper, the basic calculation formulas and the discriminant conditions for the boundary of the meshing area are given. The numerical calculation of the length of a single contact line and the concrete method of how to accumulate the contact lines which are simultaneously engaged with each other are described in detail.
