一、器件简介 (一)BL3207器件 BL3207是一种BBD(Bucket Brigade Device)电荷转移器件。它在双相时钟的作用下,能将模拟信号逐级延迟。常用于产生混响、回声、音场扩展、模拟立体声等特殊的音响效果。目前该电路已广泛用于带卡拉OK的收录机、音响设备、电视机及录像机中。 BL3207的工作原理图如图1所示。BL3207是由串联的1024级采样模拟开关和采样电容组成。双相时钟脉冲CP_1和CP_2交替控制单数级和双数级模拟开关的导通和截止。在一个时钟周期内,各有一个CP_1和CP_2脉冲,因此,模拟信号在每一个周期内将通过两级采样保持电路。于是,经过512个时钟周期,输入信号才能被最后一级采样。总的延迟时间
