摘自《石川島播磨技報》,1980,No.4 通常将锻造加热炉筹工业炉排出的高温废气直接放散掉,或用金属换热器回收余热以用来预热燃烧用空气。但使用金属换热器时,在高温条件下使用寿命有问题,因此不得不降低换热器的出口温度,以至节能效果有限。 最近,日本石川島播磨公司受中小企业事业团的委托,与东芝陶瓷公司和精密陶瓷中心合作,共同开发了加热炉用的陶瓷换热器。这种陶瓷换热器的特点如下:

Recently, Ishikawajima Broadcasting Company of Japan, commissioned by the SME Business Group, has partnered with Toshiba Ceramics Co., Ltd. and Precision Ceramic Center to jointly develop ceramic heat exchangers for reheating furnaces.
