In the polar regions of 60 to 70 degrees Celsius below zero in ancient times, ancient ice can be produced for 10,000 years old. Shaw’s ancient ice reaches 200,000 years. Scientists call it “fossils” and learn from them how the crust evolves. A Canadian company used helicopters to load ice from Arctic glaciers into bags, transport them to the city’s high-class bar, and sell ice to customers to add drinks. This kind of old ice is no pollution, no bacteria, very pure. Japanese fishery companies also sell back 1,000 tons of ancient ice from Antarctica. A winery in Fukushima Prefecture even had no intentions. It used two tons of ancient ice, together with refined rice and high-quality wine, to produce salt-free, mineral-free, fragrant and delicious ancient iced sake.
