弧形掌子面开挖方法是从生产实践中获得的一种较省工、较省料的工艺,能适应Ⅲ、Ⅳ级围岩的开挖。但是,由于工艺不成熟,各施工单位生产人员技术水平、施工经验又存在差异,对相同的围岩、地质情况会有不同的处理方法和结果。因此,本文介绍的弧形掌子面的开挖施工方法,仅作为隧道开挖工艺的可行性途径来探讨分析,以期得到同行、专家、学者的指教斧正。
Excavation method of arcuate face is a more labor-saving and material-saving technology obtained from production practice, which can adapt to the excavation of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ surrounding rock. However, due to the immature technology, the technical level and the construction experience of the production personnel of various construction units are different. There are different treatment methods and results for the same surrounding rock and geological conditions. Therefore, the excavation method of the arc-shaped facet introduced in this paper is only discussed and analyzed as a feasible way of tunneling technology in order to get the advice from colleagues, experts and scholars.
