目的建立咳尔康口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法使用Shim-PackCLC-ODS(6.0mmID×15cm)柱,甲醇:水:磷酸(47:53:0.2)为流动相,检测波长280nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果黄芩苷在0.80~4.0ug/ml范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9926,n=5),平均加样回收率为99.59%,RSD为1.16%。结论本法简便、准确,线性相关系数良好,且稳定性和重复性好。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Keerkang oral liquid. Methods The mobile phase was Shim-Pack CLC-ODS (6.0 mm ID × 15 cm) and methanol: water: phosphoric acid (47:53: 0.2). The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. Results Baicalin had a good linearity (r = 0.9926, n = 5) in the range of 0.80 ~ 4.0ug / ml with an average recovery of 99.59% and a RSD of 1.16%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, good linear correlation coefficient, and good stability and repeatability.
