《中华人民共和国广告法》已于1994年10月27日,由八届全国人大常委会第十次会议审议通过,将于1995年2月1日起施行。这是我国的第一部广告法,是规范广告活动,调整广告市场法律关系,促进广告业健康发展的重要法律。现将广告法中的几个主要问题作一些介绍。一、关于制定广告法的必要性广告是商品经济的产物,它伴随着商品的产生而出现。同时,广告的发展又促进了商品经济的发展。广告最主要或最重要的作用是它已经成为促进商品生产和商品流通进一步发展的不可缺少的重要因素之一。这种作用随着社会化大生产的发展及商品经济的发展将越来越重要。广告是推动整个市场经济发展的一个重要因素。我国广告业是在党的十一届三中全会
