高职院校教师科研存在着定位不准确、缺乏明晰判断;场域转换缺乏历练、研究脱离应用与需求;科研任务硬性摊派、行政化倾向突出;研究过程存在多重制约因素,有效机制缺乏等诸多问题,这些问题的解决需要通过科学合理定位,强化顶层设计;消解内部制约性因素、构筑健康的科研环境;革新理念主动作为,良性驱动科研水平提升等途径来系统解决。
There is a lack of clear and definite positioning in the scientific research of teachers in higher vocational colleges, the lack of experience in field conversion, the separation of application and demand from research, the rigid apportionment of scientific research tasks and the prominent tendency of administrativeization, the existence of multiple constraints and lack of effective mechanisms in the research process The solution to these problems needs to be systematically addressed through scientifically and properly positioning to strengthen the top-level design, eliminating internal constraints and building a healthy scientific research environment, taking the initiative to innovate and promoting benign research.
