近年来,我国旅游业发展迅速。旅行社之间的竞争也越发激烈。旅行社之间的竞争实质就是人力资源素质高低的竞争。而员工培训是旅行社提高人力资源素质的重要途径之一。济宁环宇风情旅行社的员工流动率较高,其中多数员工是为了寻求更好的学习发展空间而离职,由此可见,该旅行社由于不重视对员工的培训,使得员工个人能力得不到提升且没有明确的职业发展目标而不得不离职。而且,该旅行社忽视对新员工以及实习生的培训,没有专门的进行指导以及培训,仅靠悟性进行自主学习。同时培训方式、培训内容、培训评估等方面都存在一定的问题,从而导致旅行社的整体人员素质较低。因此,为了提高济宁环宇风情旅行社员工的整体素质,必须对该旅行社的员工培训问题进行分析研究。
