目的研究配方奶粉对SD大鼠生殖发育的影响。方法选用4周龄SD大鼠,按体重随机分为配方奶粉组、对照组(分别喂饲含有某配方奶粉的饲料、调整后的基础饲料),进行二代生殖发育实验。观察P代、F1代体重、摄食量、精子质量、激素水平、子代生殖发育等状况。结果该配方奶粉对大鼠的生长发育无明显的促进作用;P代、F1代精子质量、生殖器官功能及子代发育状况与对照组比较无显著性差异,P代配方奶粉组妊娠14天、泌乳0天和4天体重明显低于对照组(P<0.05),其催乳素含量也明显低于对照组,F2a代雄鼠肛门生殖器间距明显小于对照组。结论配方奶粉对SD大鼠的生殖发育影响极小,其对妊娠期、泌乳期体重、催乳素、肛门生殖器间距的作用有待进一步研究。
Objective To study the effects of formula on the reproductive development of SD rats. Methods 4-week-old SD rats were randomly divided into formula milk powder group and control group (feed containing some formula and adjusted basal diet) according to body weight respectively. Observation P generation, F1 generation body weight, food intake, sperm quality, hormone levels, offspring reproductive development and other conditions. Results The formula had no significant effect on the growth and development of rats. There was no significant difference in sperm quality, reproductive organ function and offspring development between P generation and F1 generation compared with the control group. P generation formula group was 14 days pregnant, Lactation 0 and 4 days body weight was significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05), the prolactin content was significantly lower than the control group, F2a male rats anal genital spacing was significantly smaller than the control group. Conclusion The formula has little effect on the reproductive development of SD rats, and its effect on body weight, prolactin and anogenital spacing during pregnancy and lactation remains to be further studied.
