工资问题是与劳动者利益攸关、涉及民生的重大问题。十八届三中全会报告及《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》提出了健全工资决定和正常增长机制,完善最低工资和工资支付保障制度,完善企业工资集体协商制度。今年,中共中央印发《关于加强社会主义协商民主建设的意见》中明确提出畅通职工表达合理诉求渠道,健全各层级职工沟通协商机制。积极推动由工会代表职工与企业就调整和规范劳动关系等重要决策事项进行集体协商。
The issue of wages is a major issue that involves the interests of workers and people’s livelihood. The report of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of the Reform put forth sound wage decisions and a mechanism for normal growth, improving the minimum wage and wage payment guarantee system, and perfecting the collective bargaining system for enterprises. This year, the CPC Central Committee issued the “Opinions on Strengthening the Constructive Socialist Democracy” in which it is clearly stated that smooth workers should express their reasonable appeals and improve communication and consultation mechanisms for all levels of workers. Actively promote the labor union representatives and employees from the trade unions to adjust and regulate labor relations and other important decision-making matters for collective consultation.
