中职学校有很大一部分学生英语成绩相对较差,而就业时英语水平又显得很重要。所以调和这一对矛盾成了中职教学中必须攻克的一个难题。行动导向教学方法以活动为导向,以能力为本位,通过行为的引导提高学生学习兴趣,培养创新思维,形成关键能力。如何实施行动导向教学,促进学生学习方式的切实改变,就成了当前中职教育的热门话题。本文界定了行动导向的概念,阐述了行动导向教学法的重要意义,并提出了在中职英语教学中实施行动导向教学法的策略。
A large part of students in vocational schools have relatively poor grades in English, and the English proficiency in employment also appears to be very important. So reconciling this contradiction has become a problem that secondary vocational education must overcome. Action-oriented teaching methods are activity-oriented, ability-based, and through behavioral guidance to enhance students’ interest in learning, develop innovative thinking and form key capabilities. How to implement the action-oriented teaching and promote the practical change of the students’ learning styles has become a hot topic in current vocational education. This article defines the concept of action orientation, expounds the importance of action oriented approach and puts forward the strategy of implementing action oriented approach in English teaching in secondary vocational schools.
