采用髂内动脉结扎加膀胱颈荷包缝合法，对28例前列腺增生症患者在前列腺切除术中进行止血，取得了满意的效果。提示此法对于难以控制的前列腺切除术中的出血实为一种有效的止血方法。并重点讨论了术后性功能障碍的产生和恢复问题。
Internal iliac artery ligation plus bladder neck purse suture method, 28 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia in patients undergoing prostatectomy to stop bleeding, and achieved satisfactory results. Suggesting that this method is an effective hemostasis method for bleeding in difficult to control prostatectomy. And focus on the postoperative sexual dysfunction production and recovery problems.
