The flow of material in pipelines and open channels is one of the basic quantities characterizing many processes in various sectors of the economy and industry. In order to control and regulate the process, it has now been required to measure the flow with a small error (0.5 to 0.2% or less). But so far there is a lack of suitable meters. This shows that the flow measurement technology is still behind the industry
