目的:初步筛选出一种有利于鸡血藤有效成分富集的肥料。方法:依照2010年版中国药典一部附录ⅩA方法测定鸡血藤中醇溶性浸出物含量;采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定鸡血藤中总黄酮的含量;采用高效液相色谱法同时测定鸡血藤中原儿茶酸、儿茶素、表儿茶素的含量。结果:不同施肥处理的鸡血藤中醇溶性浸出物含量在4.26%~6.90%之间;总黄酮含量在3.25%~4.25%之间;原儿茶酸、儿茶素、表儿茶素含量分别在1.410×10-3%~5.030×10-3%、7.360×10-3%~16.400×10-3%、7.940×10-3%~13.900×10-3%之间。结论:添加适量硼砂的农家肥较有利于鸡血藤内有效成分的形成与积累。
Objective: The preliminary screening of a fertilizer is conducive to the effective constituents of Millettia fertilizers. Methods: The contents of alcohol-soluble extracts of Millettia radix and spirotii were determined according to the Appendix XA method of an edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition). The content of total flavonoids in Millettia radix is measured by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. Simultaneous determination of chicken blood by high performance liquid chromatography Central Plains catechin, catechin, epicatechin content. Results: The contents of alcohol-soluble extract in Millettia radiata were between 4.26% and 6.90% and the contents of total flavonoids were between 3.25% and 4.25%. The contents of protocatechuic acid, catechin and epicatechin Respectively, between 1.410 × 10-3% and 5.030 × 10-3%, between 7.360 × 10-3% and 16.400 × 10-3% and between 7.940 × 10-3% and 13.900 × 10-3%. Conclusion: The addition of proper amount of borax manure is more conducive to the formation and accumulation of effective components in Jixian.
